Small group speed training is a great way to prepare for your upcoming season.  Through the Coats Performance group training, we add competitive speed and agility competitions that mimic game-like situations.  This type of training is essential for athletes looking to increase the intensity of their training. 

**Minimum of 4 athletes per group and a maximum of 8 athletes per group.
