1 on 2 Sports Speed and Agility Training

Large and small group training can sometimes be overwhelming for athletes looking for a more personal sports training touch.  With our 1 on 2 training plan, this gives athletes the individual time they need to advance with their sports skills.


This option is also the perfect approach when you have multiple siblings that want to train together.


Regardless of size, Coats Performance treats the individual, small groups, large teams, and 1 on 2 training sessions the same.  Your athlete will get excellent knowledge from a coach that has years of experience working with athletes of all sports.  We understand that sports are getting more competitive, so we want to give your athlete the speed and movementskills necessary to compete at a high level.

  • Athletes will be expected to practices sports performance concepts outside of our training sessions.
  • For any athlete looking for a more in-depth speed and agility training plan.
